My Story

A few years ago, I embarked on a deep journey of introspection, seeking answers to situations that were emotionally overwhelming me. After going through a divorce, I felt the need to restart my life in a new place. During this renewal process, a dear friend shared a powerful image with me: a boat taking me to the Isle of Avalon, the mythical Isle of Apples, symbolizing my recovery.

As time went on, not only did I advance in my inner transformation, but I also awakened the healer within me. I completed various courses, and in the midst of the pandemic, while facing another moment of inner chaos, I decided to shape what is now my project. I was searching for a name that reflected strength, and that’s when Avalon, the mysterious island from Arthurian mythology, reappeared in my path. This island represents not only a mythical place but also a space of healing and transformation, deeply resonating with what I had experienced myself.

Avalon, in Celtic and English mythology, is known as the Isle of Apples, home to fairies with healing powers like Morgana and her sisters, who cared for King Arthur after the battle. It was also the place where the wizard Merlin underwent his transformation.

And so, Avalon Descubre Sana y Transforma was born, inspired by that island of recovery, which in my own life became a space where I rediscovered myself, recognized my wounds, and began to heal them through the knowledge I had acquired. Today, I offer that learning and experience to all those who come to this metaphorical island, with the hope that they too will find their own healing and transformation.
